This product is a crude extracted oil in the form of EPA ethyl ester (EE) obtained from the single-celled algae Nannochloropsis through solvent extraction and initial esterification processes. It is designed as an intermediate raw material for the production of high-purity EPA products and is suitable for purification processes such as molecular distillation and re-esterification. The EPA content ranges from 170 to 250 mg/g (approximately 17 to 25%), making it a cost-effective base oil suitable for large-scale processing applications. Due to its algal origin, it has less variability in raw material quality compared to fish oil, ensuring stable supply. It is specified for use as a refined raw material for EPA in pharmaceuticals and supplements, making it suitable for OEM manufacturers and fat refining companies.
